Allan Kelly advises teams from many different companies and domains on adopting and deepening Agile practices and development in general. He specialises in working with software product companies and aligning products and processes with company strategy. When he is not with clients he writes far too much.
He is the author of three books: "Xanpan - team centric Agile Software Development", "Business Patterns for Software Developers" and “Changing Software Development: Learning to be Agile”; the originator of Retrospective Dialogue Sheets and a regular conference speaker. Amanda Stockwell is President of Stockwell Strategy, a UX research practice focused on lean research methods and integrating user knowledge with business goals to create holistic product strategies. She has spent most of the last decade focused on finding innovative ways to understand end users and embed that knowledge into overall process. She's lead teams that provide research, design, and UX strategy services and frequently writes and speaks about her experience. When not talking UX, Amanda likes spoiling her pooch Bromer, eating Maine lobster, and organizing local chapters of Ladies that UX and Tech Ladies.
Andrea is a business transformation catalyst, with over 10 years’ experience working with business efficiency, agile product development and innovation.
Originally a software developer, Andrea has experience of working as part of large scale agile distributed teams on both legacy and on latest technologies. However, after realising just how much the level of mastery, purpose and autonomy determines whether organisations and teams will succeed with their goals – she shifted her career, and committed to becoming a facilitator and coach of teams, managers, product owners and scrum masters.
As a catalyst, she now works with executive teams to create systemic enablers of agility – product ownership, frequent goal setting and evaluation (OKRs), innovation design sprints, open space technologies and value stream visualisation techniques.
Andrea is also experienced in coaching teams and teams of teams (agile release trains) to get started with more collaboration, better communication and more learning. She believes that people make or break, and transform, companies and it is therefore her mission to empower people and teams to better align their skills, strengths and interests with their job.
Andrey is a software craftsman with many years of experience in different lifecycle phases of software creation. He is passionate about defining good development practices, documenting and presenting architecture, reuse of code and design patterns, profiling and analysis of application performance as well as extreme automation of development and operations activities.
At the moment, Andrey works as a free-lance DevOps consultant offering his expertise in implementing DevOps initiatives, selecting automation tooling, switching to infrastructure-as-code and immutable infrastructure and constructing software delivery pipelines.
Andrey is a frequent speaker at international conferences and local communities. He presented at more than 60 events in 19 countries. He is one of the leaders of LatCraft - Latvian Software Craftsmanship Community as well as co-founder and organizer of DevTernity conference.

Clinton Keith is an independent agile coach and Certified Scrum Trainer with 15 years of video game development experience and helps developers creating entertainment and multimedia products to adopt Scrum, XP, Kanban, and other agile practices to greatly improve their productivity, workplace, and product quality. Clinton introduced the game industry to Scrum in 2003 and Lean/Kanban in 2006; has trained and coached over 200 teams at over 100 game development studios and is the author of "Agile Game Development with Scrum”. Clint's workshops and courses train developers from many disciplines, including artist, designers and engineers to work best together effectively in an agile environment.
Over the course of 25 years, Clint has gone from programming avionics for advanced fighter jets and underwater robots to overseeing programming for hit video game titles such as Midtown Madness and Midnight Club. Clint has been a programmer, project director, CTO, and director of product development at several studios.
Colin is an experienced technical and commercial leader with over 25 years in the IT industry, including the development of many high profile multichannel ecommerce systems. He is passionate about improving software delivery right across the lifecycle, from business idea through to production quality code and has helped many teams of all sizes adopt Agile techniques to dramatically improve their performance.
As an active member of the Agile community Colin has built close associations with other thought leaders and contributed new thinking in areas such as scaling Agile techniques to support large programmes.
As the CTO of Conchango, Colin formed the Agile practice and drove the Scrum for Team System tools group. EMC acquired Conchango in 2008, leading to a new role as Global Head of Agile for EMC Consulting. Along with some very talented colleagues, Colin formed RippleRock in late 2009 to dedicate itself to the task of assisting customers drive dramatic improvements in their software development capability.
Daniel Vacanti is a 20-year software industry veteran who has spent most of the last 15 years focusing on Lean and Agile practices. In 2007, he helped to develop the Kanban Method for knowledge work. That year he managed the world’s first project implementation of Kanban, and has been facilitating Kanban training, coaching, and consulting ever since. Recently he co-founded ActionableAgile™ which provides industry leading predictive analytics tools and services to any Lean-Agile process. Daniel holds a Masters in Business Administration and regularly teaches a class on lean principles for software management at the University of California Berkeley.
Deeply in tune with how work teams adapt, develop, and contribute, Diana Larsen works with organizations around the world to design high performance work systems, improve project team effectiveness, and support leaders and enterprises in their transitions to Agile methods.
Diana is one of the co-founders of Future Works Consulting and is considered an authority in the areas of Agile software development, team leadership, and Agile adoption. She is co-author of Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great (recommended reading for the PMI-ACP); Liftoff: Launching Agile Teams and Projects; Quickstart Guide to Five Rules for Accelerated Learning; and co-originator of the breakthrough “Path through Agile Fluency” model at http://agilefluency.com.
A respected contributor to her professional community, she served for eight years as a director and chair of the Agile Alliance board, and currently serves as a board member of Organization Design Forum, Agile Open Northwest, and Language Hunters, as well as a certified Associate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute.
