Clinton Keith is an independent agile coach and Certified Scrum Trainer with 15 years of video game development experience and helps developers creating entertainment and multimedia products to adopt Scrum, XP, Kanban, and other agile practices to greatly improve their productivity, workplace, and product quality. Clinton introduced the game industry to Scrum in 2003 and Lean/Kanban in 2006; has trained and coached over 200 teams at over 100 game development studios and is the author of "Agile Game Development with Scrum”. Clint's workshops and courses train developers from many disciplines, including artist, designers and engineers to work best together effectively in an agile environment.
Over the course of 25 years, Clint has gone from programming avionics for advanced fighter jets and underwater robots to overseeing programming for hit video game titles such as Midtown Madness and Midnight Club. Clint has been a programmer, project director, CTO, and director of product development at several studios.
